Playing basketball from the age of 10 to the collegiate level always kept me active and working out. The confidence and persistence that I developed through that alone is something that has helped shape me in all other areas of my life.
Once I finished playing basketball, I had to decide why I wanted to get up, go workout, and feel good about myself everyday. I had to decide why I wanted to develop a consistent habit of going to the gym and how that played a role for ME in liking what I saw in the mirror.
